Reformer Pilates

The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The instability of a rolling carriage with the springs set at different levels of resistance provides a new kind of stability challenge that you don't get on the mat and helps develop core strength and promote better balance. The movements are dynamic, challenging and so diverse and suitable for any level.

Private 1-2-1 Reformer Pilates Sessions

An important benefit of the Individual sessions is that they move at your pace which is not always the case with group classes. If you’re struggling with a move or finding pain/discomfort in an area, time can be given to help you with this. Alternatively, if you’re picking everything up quickly the class can move at a faster pace. You always have the option of joining a group class once you have grasped the basics and feel more comfortable about what you need to do.

Semi-Private Reformer Pilates

Exercising with others is a great way to keep motivation and focus. If you are a bit nervous of doing a class on your own, I offer a small group class option where 2 people can do a Pilates session together. This way you can get the most out of the session and be in a relaxing, familiar environment. Bigger groups are also available for Pilates classes.
