Reformer Pilates

The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The instability of a rolling carriage with the springs set at different levels of resistance provides a new kind of stability challenge that you don't get on the mat and helps develop core strength and promote better balance. The movements are dynamic, challenging and so diverse and suitable for any level, including pre- or post op.

Private 1-2-1 Reformer Pilates Sessions

An important benefit of the Individual sessions is that they move at your pace which is not always the case with group classes. If you’re struggling with a move or finding pain/discomfort in an area, time can be given to help you with this. Alternatively, if you’re picking everything up quickly the class can move at a faster pace. You always have the option of joining a group class once you have grasped the basics and feel more comfortable about what you need to do.

Semi-Private Reformer Pilates

Exercising with others is a great way to keep motivation and focus. If you are a bit nervous of doing a class on your own, I offer a small group class option where 2 people can do a Pilates session together. This way you can get the most out of the session and be in a relaxing, familiar environment. Bigger groups are also available for Pilates classes. (If you would like to book/enquire for a Private group, please note the maximum numbers for a Private Group on the Reformers is 5.

Our 1-2-1 Reformers come in different packages; 1 session for €50, 4 sessions for €175 or 10 sessions for €375. These are all with upfront payments. (Once you've completed 4 session you can join any other group class on the timetable once there is no underlining condition that we are unaware of.)
WHat to wear
Comfortable clothing, Layers are best. We do require everyone to wear socks also. NO skirts please

Pilates Reformer Class

Group Reformer Pilates

At Laura's Pilates and Injury Therapy we have a range of class times throughout the week. Our class bookings are all controlled through our booking system BSport. This system looks after all the payments, bookings, cancellations and invoices and can be accessed by your phone anytime, all you need to do is create an account. This can be done through our Book Online page, just scroll down to the schedule, pick your class of choice that you'd like to book and follow the instruction from there. Once your account is created you can either leave that browser window opened or download the BSport app for easy accessibility in the future.

Beginner Group Classes: One thing we do require before people book into a Reformer Group Class with us, is that they have done Reformers before. If you have not, you will need to complete a Beginner block of Group Classes or 4 Private Sessions first. This is so we can keep the flow of the class, avoid injury and so everyone can get the most out of their class with us.
