This 6 week course introduces you to Pilates in a safe, effective way to activate and engage your core. Through our instructional videos using different techniques to help YOU increase awareness, not only in your tummy and pelvic floor but throughout the body so you can do your daily activities without having to worry about any weakness, leaking or injuries.
