Before Covid-19, the business was all in person but like everyone else we had to adapt and change. We have a range of 'On Demand' services that you can access our full class library at a time that suits you, bringing the energy of a class into the comfort of your home. For many with special and/or specific needs this is such a convenient service and so we would like to continue with it post lockdown.

Online Group Mat Class

Group Mat Pilates classes are also available. Classes are designed to improve posture, help build strength and resilience through a tailored class for those at home. It also helps us to connect with others from all over. Click here to book a class. Private Group bookings are also welcome

Beginner Mat

It is so important to go back to basics every so often even if you’re not just starting out. Beginner classes can be hard to get availability in. We have recorded a short block of 4 sessions that start back at basics and progress on as we get comfortable moving around the mat and familiarising ourselves with the exercises. Intermediate Mat

For those of you who want a challenge on the Mat and want to just use bodyweight to do so, our Intermediate Mat will be ideal for you. They are full body workouts that flows from start to finish. It will certainly test your flexibility and core strength.

During lockdown the live version of the class will be available on our YouTube channel that will stay up for the week until next video is uploaded so you get the benefit of ONE class for the whole week!! Don’t fret though, as all these classes we did during lockdown are also available in our Pilates On Demand section.

Pilates Fusion

This is Pilates, fused with more resistance for the legs , upper body and bum along with getting the heart and lungs working. It’s low impact with option to increase this if wish.

We will be moving around the mat more and will try make it as ‘fun’ as possible so you get a great workout.
